Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales and Revenue
Growth to lead its acquisition sales organization and drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with
company goals
Drive customer acquisition and expand relationships with key
enterprise and mid-market clients
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the B2B
software industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS or
enterprise software
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing
high-performing sales teams
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA
preferred)
Experience selling into accounts greater than $1B annually
