A company is looking for a Program Officer, Workforce
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic support on key workforce development initiatives
and special projects
Initiate and develop partnerships with workforce development
stakeholders
Serve as project manager for grant-funded workforce development
initiatives
Required Qualifications
University degree in social science, public administration,
community development, business, or related field; graduate degree
preferred
3-5 years of experience in social service or economic development
programming
3 years of experience working with workforce development
partners
Experience managing program data in a non-profit environment
Demonstrated expertise in developing high-quality program tools for
diverse populations
