Job Description:

A company is looking for a Research Principal in Real World Evidence.
Key Responsibilities

Integrate the team on projects, ensuring quality deliverables and efficiency while mentoring junior staff
Lead business development efforts and manage client relationships to ensure project execution and deliverable quality
Stay updated on regulatory and industry guidelines, participating in scientific conferences and symposia

Required Qualifications

PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree may be acceptable with significant experience
12-15 years of experience in Real World Evidence or health research, either in an academic or consulting environment
Expertise in causal inference methods and developing external control arms for clinical trials
Strong programming skills in R and thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical R&D process
Experience with large healthcare real-world databases and familiarity with AI/ML methods is a plus
