Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to
provide support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, answering
calls and emails promptly
Process orders, verify documentation, and communicate with patients
regarding their insurance and eligibility
Meet quality assurance and performance metrics while resolving
customer complaints with empathy
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or
insurance customer services
Two years of experience required for senior level positions,
including one year of exact job experience
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan
methodologies preferred
Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new
technologies
