Job Description

In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, upcoming appointment preparation/paperwork, and troubleshooting issues with the patient portal.

Responsibilities

+ Assist patients with portal registration.

+ Prepare paperwork and assist with upcoming appointment preparations.

+ Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Proficiency in technology

+ Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred

+ Medical terminology experience preferred

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
