Job Description:
Purchasing Clerk - $18/hour - West Palm Beach
Fantastic corporation in the West Palm Beach area is looking for an
experienced Purchasing Clerk to join their team! This Purchasing
Clerk will be assisting the Director of Purchasing with merchandise
management in regard to procurement, pricing and quality, and
responding to customer concerns. Direct responsibilities will
include: assisting in ordering and securing product, coordinating
with suppliers and Corporate Purchasing to assure timely and
cost-effective delivery of product, resolves product related
customer concerns, assists with buying through negotiation with
suppliers, communicates information to and from District Managers
and stores regarding quality concerns and reports concerns, and
other tasks. Candidate requirements for this Purchasing Clerk
position include: knowledge within Microsoft Suite, at least 3-5
years of RECENT purchasing/procurement experience in a fast-paced
facility, and negotiation skills!
